The NRF is a national organisation committed to establishing and maintaining standards and codes of practice for the Recruitment Industry in Ireland. A voluntary organisation, NRF also acts as the voice of the industry lobbying at national and European level in relation to legislate changes that impact on the NRF’s members.

Setting an incredibly high standard for recruitment professionals, the NRF Programme in Recruitment Practice has a minimum pass score of 70% so only the best recruiters can hold the title NRF certRP.
