AWS Platform Engineer

Stelfox are partnered with a homegrown Software Development-focused organisation who have an established Technology Operation in Ireland. We are looking to hire an AWS Platform Engineer to work with a global client who provide software development- based services to assist with digital transformation in mature IT and technology organisations. You will be working in a large-scale, complex AWS landscape as part of an on-prem to cloud migration, tied into our clients operation in Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will be based in that area of the world.

The successful candidate will be able to:

• Create and maintain IaC terraform/terragrunt codebase regarding AWS VPC, EC2, FSx, Systems Manager, S3, IAM
• Create and maintain AWS SSM Documents
• Contribute to overall approach and standards toward the DevOps and Platform Management practice
• Work closely with the existing teams responsible for management and maintenance of the Windows Server estate

Daily rates are around €250 per day, 12 month rolling contract/ long term project work.
