Our client are an international technology business expanding here in Dublin and across the globe

We are engaged exclusively on this assignment


  • Building a holding structure of a group of companies, calculating tax burden on holding companies, calculating tax consequences of the company contracts
  • Planning the budget and controlling budget administration; controlling limits and payment schedule compliance;
  • Organizing reconciliation of management accounting (ERP) and financial accounting data;
  • Organizing revenue and expenditure accounting in what concerns company products;
  • Pricing policy analysis;
  • Account keeping for multi-location functionality and its consolidation;
  • Monitoring tax accounting (income tax), VAT and other taxes and social payments;
  • Organizing and monitoring independent account audit;
  • Organizing independent transfer pricing evaluation;
  • Interaction with audit and consulting companies, including international ones;
  • Methodology support of the related functions on financial and economic questions (CEOs of the foreign branch of the group, director general, chief accountant, legal function, marketing, ERP, HR, key contractors);
  • Coordinating financial issues (debt and turnover reconciliation, maturities and amount of payments, document management, etc.) with main customers and suppliers including foreign ones;
  • Analyzing business processes and document management striving to minimize possible risks;
  • Internal control system support and development;
  • Organizing dataroom and optimizing document management configuration for effective audit and due diligence.
  • Controlling operations in Client-Bank program complex.

What you need:

  • 4+ years’ experience working on a similar position, understanding IT industry;
  • Expert knowledge and skills in financial and management accounting, multi-location
  • functionality, account consolidation;
  • Profound knowledge of international taxation systems (any exposure to Russian Tax systems would be a bonus)
  • Corporate management, corporate law;
  • Ability to plan your activities and multitask;
  • Effective team work
  • Fluency in English
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA) is preferable.
