Plexure is one of the biggest, rapidly growing tech organisation operating with customer engagement solutions in the hospitality industry. Based in New Zealand and present in over 60 countries, their platform gathers live data fees from a vast range of sources, making a real-time decision to connect customers with brands, creating a personalized experience and optimizing transactions.
We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer to provide exceptional support to our customers, managing tickets and creating/updating internal documentation. You must be competent to manage incidents, perform service requests and actively contribute to our knowledge base.
Training will be provided for your first 2-3 months. During this period, we need you to attend a shared office space in London 3 times per week. After your training is complete, we will support a fully remote environment.
