Role: Desktop Support
Duration: 6-12 months – rolling
Eligibility: EU/UK Citizens, Stamp 4 Visa
As a desktop support engineer you will provide technical support to both local and remote users. You will be responsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows hardware and operating systems. You will be part of a team responsible for the handling of requests through their ticketing system.
What you need:
This role will suit someone who has around 1-2 years’ experience in a technical support role. Communication is a vital part of the role, so fluent in English is a must.
Candidate must be based in Ireland and be available to work on Site in Dublin once restrictions are raised
