Stelfox is partnering with a SaaS Fintech provider who are looking to hire an experienced Head of Data Architecture to help play a pivotal role in transforming the organisations data capability.
This role will report into the CTO and act as a foundational role responsible for defining & delivering modern, scalable enterprise data architecture & analytics infrastructure that can serve both internal operational departments as well as enterprise clients..
Some of the key elements we are looking for in the preferred candidate:
- Strong ability to at translating business requirements into clear data / analytics strategies, roadmaps and key initiatives.
- Drive the evolution & architecture from a legacy reporting-focused systems to a modern, governed, scalable and business-aligned enterprise data platform.
- Establish a modern Databricks Data Lakehouse for the organisation.
- Drive the design & establishment of a future-state analytics platform - BI tooling, analytics patterns, governance, enforcing data architecture standards and best practices across the organisation.
- Collaborate with operations and infosec teams to ensure data platforms meet regulatory and security requirements standards (GDPR, SOC2 etc).
If you have the experience in modernising an end-to-end Data Platform environment with a Databricks Data Lakehouse solutions then we are interested in hearing from you! Preference operating within the financial data or financial data services is a bonus.
