IT Project / Delivery Manager - Daily Rate Contract - Hybrid-Working Model (3 Days' On-site) - Contract x3

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, co-ordinating, and delivery of software projects, requiring engagement from multiple teams and stakeholder groups.

The successful candidate will have strong experience of working in a Agile / Scrum environment.

**Please note this position is not a Programme Manager role**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating the objectives, co-ordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the project.
  • This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost.
  • You will manage financials for the project/deliverable and facilitate sync points between business and technology leaders across multiple organizations.
  • Project and Program management experience including Governance Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, Financial and Resource Management and planning and execution of complex set of deliverables.
  • Delivery experience in a regulated environment with ability to ensure adherence to Audit requirements, Operational standards and Enterprise Change Management Standards.
  • Experience in delivering software projects/programs with working knowledge of analysis, development, testing and release management practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in managing stakeholders at all levels and in engaging and leveraging internal technology teams, vendors and business partners to efficiently deliver business solutions.
  • Ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Hands on approach required with ability to multi-task / prioritise tasks along with pragmatic decision making capability.
  • Experience with work management and collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Financial services experience with an understanding of financial products, business processes and terminology.
