Remote/ Flexible WFH in Ireland only

About the role:

Stelfox are partnered with a client operating in Ireland for 20+ years with a strong presence in the Irish IT market. We are looking for experienced software developers with strong exposure to Java programming and associated frameworks (J2EE tech stack, Web & REST services, MVC, Spring etc.), AWS serverless application/ API deployment and who is looking for their next role ideally in a global enterprise setting.

Key Skills/ Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with design & development of serverless, event-driven applications in AWS environment.
• Strong knowledge of how to create best in class solutions through Lambda, S3, EventBridge, SQS.
• Ability to contribute to schema design, stored procedures and advanced SQL queries/ joins with RDBMS such as MS SQL & Oracle.
• Extensive background working with J2EE frameworks such as MVC, Spring, Hibernate & Web/ REST API’s.
• Good understanding of the Salesforce platform and how to integrate it with other internal systems (is a nice to have).
• Experience with DevOps tooling such as Git/ Bitbucket, Jenkins, Artifactory and cluster management such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift is a plus.
• AWS certification as a certified developer or Assoc./ Professional Solution Architect would be advantageous.
