Integration Support Engineer

Job Purpose:

This role works with internal and external teams in rolling out software to new clients. You will act as an internal technical consultant to these teams, translating requirements into actions. This is done through helping design a technical flow/product definition for new clients, as well as helping with pre-sale and post-sale technical responsibilities.

Key Accountabilities:

• Understand our clients software products to support internal and external stakeholders with translating requirements into technical tasks.

• Provide software and technical support to existing clients by altering configurations or committing code

• Own the onboarding process, including configuring the software and integrations to meet client requirements.

• Make contributions to defining, maintaining, and improving our technical onboarding journey,

• Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation.

• Provide guidance and support to other internal teams.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong technical understanding of software, including some exposure to development, AWS or other virtual environments, Databases, JSON configurations, etc.

• Interpersonal skills working with both internal and external stakeholders

• An open mind – Our client are an expanding technical team. The responsibilities of this job will cover a wide technical range.

• Understanding of Agile / Kanban methodology and principles & tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc

• Proven technical and people skills.

Experience:

• 1-3 years’ experience working in a similar position

• Experience with API’s, Databases, Development Tools
