The Role

As a Practice Associate within Stelfox Executive Search, your main responsibility will be to grow our client portfolio within the Financial Services sector. This is a 360 degree role and will encompass all aspects of Executive Search from business development to placement of successful candidates.

The successful Practice Associate will possess excellent business development and relationship management skills, together with at least 2-3 years experience in executive search or recruitment, securing assignments and making placements at a senior level within the Financial Services sector. Alternatively, professionals with Director and C-suite business development/sales experience with an excellent contact network within the Financial Services sector may be considered. .

As a Practice Associate you will take full ownership of senior assignments, ensuring our clients receive a superior, high quality service based on Stelfox Executive Search’s dynamic and adaptive client delivery model.

Your key day-to-day duties will include:

  • Business development
  • Professional networking and relationship building
  • Client briefings
  • Research and market mapping
  • Delivery of qualified and assessed shortlists within agreed timeframes

What you need:

  • A minimum of 2/3 year’s recruitment or executive search experience within Financial Services
  • A charismatic character with exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Results oriented, high energy person who embraces a team-based culture
  • Willingness to go the extra mile
