Production Support Engineer – Daily Rate Contract
My client is a multinational corporation looking for an Application Support Engineer to join their team on an initial 12 month contract at their technology hub based in South Dublin.
What you need:
- UNIX and Oracle (Unix Shell scripting and Oracle SQL)
- ITIL process knowledge is mandatory
- Production support experience – 5-7 years
- Splunk and Dynatrace – Monitoring tools, knowledge of tool usage, logs review, dashboard creation is required
- Experience in Web Application Support and Cloud Technologies
- Java, C++ and DevOps experience and advantage
- Good communication skills are required
