Recoveries Technician (Claims) Contract – Dublin
The role of a Deductible Recoveries Technician within the GRS Department is to pursue the Insured directly or via the Broker to successfully recover our expenses incurred; this involves but is not limited to the Recovery of indemnity payment, legal expense fees and SIR’s; the Deductible Recovery Technician is expected to work in cohesion with the Insured/Broker and/or Insured’s Representative to carry out necessary checks to ensure monies are recovered accurately and expediently. Follow company procedure to chase debt payments accordingly and prepare the file to be escalated for Legal action as and when required. The Deductible Recoveries Technician will maintain the highest standards of Customer Care and Satisfaction knowing this is paramount; combined with the requirement to make decisions about the validity and correct processing of a Recovery claim.
