Stelfox have partnered with a leading Irish eCommerce Technology company. Together, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join their product development team as they continue to increase and improve their suite of Azure hosted products. This is a fully remote role open to candidates living in Ireland.

This Scrum Master will be joining a product development team who work in a fully agile capacity and pride themselves on the quality of the solutions they build; solutions which are sold to well – known enterprise level clients in over 70 countries. This is a fast-paced development team whose data-focussed tools are changing the face of eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for implementation of the SCRUM Framework and ensure the values are upheld. Act as authority on agile methodologies and work with leadership and other business teams to improve and maintain SCRUM Practices throughout the organisation.
• Work closely with Product Owner, other Scrum Masters and development teams to manage backlog and improve processes in order to meet delivery requirements.
• Act as an expert in internal development practices to best align them with Scrum methods and improve processes where necessary.
• Facilitate and coordinate the various daily and weekly events according to the Scrum Framework.

What you need:

• 3+ years commercial experience working in an Agile Software/Product Development environment as a Scrum Master, where Scrum methodologies are adhered to.
• Experience in a SaaS organisation.
• A SCRUM Master accreditation.
• A BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related STEM field of study is desirable but not essential.
