Senior SaaS IT Infrastructure Manager

Stelfox is partnering with a growing SaaS provider in Cork city, who are looking to recruit in a hands-on Senior SaaS Infrastructure/IT Manager to take ownership of their SaaS Platform and Corporate IT environment for the business as they continue to expand into 2024.

The company offer a modern SaaS platform to large Enterprise organisations with their product running on AWS, while internal corporate IT running Microsoft & Azure services. We are looking for someone to both lead a small IT team internally as well as operational running their systems covering IT/Cloud Ops, IT security governance, AWS/Azure services and other key areas.

As the company is going through expansion, with further growth planned for 2024, eventhough this is a hands-on role, it will report into CEO to provide direction, guidance and input into the company’s overall IT strategy.

This role will also work closely with peers across Software engineering, Product, finance and HR.

Preferred experience for this role:

• A third level degree in IT/Computer science or equivalent is preferred.
• 10+ years experience working across areas such as Systems administration/engineering, IT Operations or equivalent.
• Strong experience/exposure to cloud services across AWS & Azure
• Solid knowledge of IT security, IT compliance / IT governance.
• Ability to lead/manage and evolve a small IT team to support this overall person.
• Experience working in a SaaS product company/environment a huge plus.
