As a Senior Construction Planner, you will be at the helm of innovation, driving the following duties with passion and expertise:

Develop, manage, and maintain the master program across all my clients projects, guiding them seamlessly through each Gateway process.

Partner with technical, procurement, customer, and construction teams to craft effective programming, evaluating project progress and ensuring success from concept to close for non-live sites.

Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal and external teams, ensuring accurate and agreed-upon information capture. You are the linchpin of effective communication!

Conduct program audits with precision to ensure accuracy and identify any incorrect data, maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Support the development of the Master Program dashboard, proactively highlighting current and future states. Compare and contrast program effectiveness per project, consistently seeking areas for improvement.

Promote the correct usage and benefits of program processes and systems, creating increased awareness, support, and adoption. Your enthusiasm will be the driving force behind a culture of excellence.

Evaluate and interrogate data to identify, spot, and predict potential program pitfalls, always staying one step ahead of business plans.
Requirements:
- Previous technical experience in construction programming is a must. Your ability to read technical specification drawings and identify accurate program sequencing sets you apart.
