Hey you! yes, YOU! Seasoned Graphics Software Engineer with a knack for leadership!
I'm looking for someone to work fully remotely across any country in Europe with a very well-established company whose product is used by over 30 million users. (No Sponsorship Available at the moment, sorry people).
I'm working closely with the VP of Engineering who is looking to hire a Senior Engineering Manager. So we are basically looking for a solid hands-off Engineering Manager that will not only aggregate technical value to the team but will also, in a healthy and productive way, challenge ideologies and processes with the focus of improving your team's capabilities.
Their core intellectual property is their real-time graphics engine built in C++. There is a team of 8 skilled engineers who work on developing and enhancing their product's rendering capability for graphics and zooming power. As the amount of content grows, their rendering capability becomes increasingly important.
The team continually faces challenges in improving and integrating with as much content as possible while maintaining a powerful rendering process, and HERE is where YOU come in.
What do you need for this role you may ask?
To make the most of this opportunity, you'll need at least 4 years of experience as a graphics software engineer and a similar amount of time spent leading and managing software engineering projects. You'll also need a solid understanding of agile software engineering practices and the ability to foster high performance, motivation, and satisfaction among your team of engineers.
