My Client is in search of an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our accomplished development team. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing state-of-the-art user interfaces and features for our platform. This is a fully remote position that involves collaborating with remote team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of user-friendly, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces across various devices.
• Tackle complex technical challenges by creating proof of concepts for complex features.
• Drive initiatives focused on security, architecture, and performance improvements from a UI perspective.
• Develop wireframes and prototypes adhering to intuitive UX design principles to meet the product feature requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and recommend process enhancements to deliver an enterprise-grade product with a strong focus on the user interface.
• Play a role in technical interviews and offer recommendations on potential candidates.
• Work closely with the engineering manager and team leads to maintain and enhance engineering metrics, ensuring efficient and effective delivery from a technological standpoint.
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers, assisting in their skill development and problem-solving.
• Champion user-centered design principles to deliver the best possible user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into frontend solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices through thorough code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for frontend components, libraries, and solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, introducing innovative approaches to frontend development.
• Architect end-to-end automation tests.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Frontend development.
• Profound understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of reactive technologies like VueJS or React and state management.
• Experience with web sockets.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming and modern JS framework component design patterns.
• Demonstrated proficiency in UX design, including experience with design tools like Figma.
• Expertise in end-to-end testing, such as Cypress.
• Previous experience as a scrum master, collaborating across backend, product, quality, and release teams on specific projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Demonstrable portfolio or previous work samples (required for this position)
