Our client is a dynamic and tech-focused organisation that specialises in protecting customer enterprise data on premises and in the cloud. Their Data Security Platform detects insider threats and cyber attacks by analyzing data, account activity, perimeter telemetry, and user behavior. Their goal is to protect companies most sensitive information from insider threats and cyber attacks.

This client works in many sectors including technology, consumer, retail, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, media, energy and more. They are now looking for a team player to join them.

The Job:

  • Provide an in-depth professional level of expert technical support for their products.
  • Diagnose and debug customer issues.
  • Create and implement patches and fixes.
  • Take ownership of escalations and drive towards resolution.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.

What you need:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with strong Back-end experience. You’ll be working on a multi-threaded environment and on large scale using C#, .NET.
  • You should have solid development experience using Microsoft SQL, T-SQL
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Be a core team player, and be willing to step out of your comfort zone
  • Work directly with other internal departments in an effort to improve their products.
