Senior SDET – Hybrid (Dublin) – Daily rate contract, 6-months rolling initial term

In the competitive world of digital banking, customer experience (CX) is of paramount importance to the success of any service providers business operation. This is an ongoing struggle for many organisations in the banking sector.

At one point or another you’ve no doubt been effected by poorly designed web applications with glitchy UI’s, websites undergoing constant maintenance or subject to weekly downtime when you need them most.

What if you could contribute to the design of user-friendly, clean, intuitive and functional applications and help improve the CX for the customer base for one of the most universally recognised global organisations in commercial & retail banking.

You will work in a team passionate about about designing & developing high-level test automation suites crucial within the overall SDLC.

As an SDET, your focus will be on driving the creation of clean, maintainable and tested code – helping build the right products, the right way! The products you help build will shape the perception of this organisations brand, globally, across an existing customer base of over 5 million organisations and over 46 million retail customers across 35 countries.

Ideally you will have experience in an enterprise scale, global organisation, forming part of a diverse, cross-functional team spread across multiple key geo-locations within this organisation.

Salary/ Daily Rates – €450-€550 per day (€550 per day is generally reserved for those candidates with all the bells and whistles – THE ROCKSTAR).

Hybrid working model in Ireland – 2 or 3 days per week on-site in South County Dublin.

Visa Sponsorship – Not Available.

YOU:

You’re a modern SDET/ Test Automation Engineer with strong, recent Python development experience, the ability to drive agile software development practices through TDD/ BDD etc. Extensive test automation framework knowledge with Gherkin language and Cucumber/ Behave/ Selenium is important.
