Job description



Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the Engineering Team developing bespoke control systems for our clients. We are looking for candidates who are innovative, diligent, flexible, and have very good communication skills.

Essential Functions Include
  • Develop and maintain project schedule to monitor and track project progress
  • Coordinate and schedule internal resource activities for Project Execution
  • Ensure that all project deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Drive cross functional activities across the project and provide oversight and coordination to seamlessly integrate automation engineering efforts
  • Able to translate the user requirements to implementable automation solution on schedule.
  • Manage and coordinate forecasts, tasks, plans, risks, change management and status to support effective decision making.
  • Measure and Report project performance to client stakeholders
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Liaise with subject matter experts to ensure design solutions achieve long term business objectives and are supported by robust technical rationale
  • Work with technical team and business stakeholders to gather user requirements, developing project charter, timeline, milestone and deliverables integrating lifecycle management per GAMP5 Guidance.
  • Ability to manage team activities and organise/schedule project tasks
  • Proven working experience in project execution preferably in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Project management qualification preferred (PMP / Prince2)
  • Excellent internal and client facing communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good knowledge of automation systems and IT infrastructure
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
