Senior Product Manager
Dublin - Hybrid Role (2 days in office)
About My Client
My client is in search of a Senior Product Manager to join their innovative team in Dublin. This role is key in delivering next-generation software solutions to advance the business. You will work closely with peer developers, receive top-notch training, and engage directly with clients, all while collaborating within the US and Dublin. This position requires occasional travel to other offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a delegate for the Head of Product, managing new roadmap requests and providing status updates.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with C-suite and conduct Product Management duties from vision to release.
- Manage the roadmap, conduct research, usability testing, and pilot ahead of global releases.
- Collaborate with Services Management, Communications, Marketing, and Learning and Development teams for product rollouts.
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers/Product Owners, ensuring resource allocation and overcoming barriers to delivery.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Product Management, with at least 4 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Experience in people management and mentoring in an agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design and excellent user experience insights.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Familiarity with CRM, HR recruitment systems, and mobile applications.
- Data-driven approach and understanding of emerging AI technology.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling innovative products.
Competencies
- Critical and design thinking skills.
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence at the executive level.
- Ability to prioritize and deal with ambiguity effectively.
