Stelfox is partnering with a B2B SaaS Analytics provider in Dublin who is looking to recruit a Lead Product Manager that can help drive the evolution of their data-centric insights platform.
The company is looking to expand their client ecosystems across global markets and we would like to identify a strong Product Manager/Lead with a track record of driving product initiatives across B2B / SaaS-orientated solutions that are customer-centric as well as drive value impact via their Data insights and business network ecosystem.
Ideally you will have:
- 7+ years in product management, with 3+ years in senior roles focused on user experience or network platforms.
- Proven success in delivering B2B SaaS products that leverage network effects and marketplace dynamics.
- Background in FinTech or enterprise risk management preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in modern product development methodologies (Agile, Lean, Design Thinking).
- Familiarity with APIs, data integrations, and scalable architecture for multi-entity platforms.
Leadership & Communication:
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate compelling product narratives.
- Experience mentoring teams and presenting to executive audiences.
Strategic Thinking:
- Systems-thinking approach to designing client-centric experiences.
- Ability to balance long-term vision with tactical execution.
