Stelfox is partnering with a modern SaaS provider who have created a first mover product for their industry, with increasing enterprise clients onboarding to use their deep/rich data analytics platform used in key strategic making processes.
The software engineering team have built a very progressive platform running off AWS with backend code in Typescript, Nodejs and data/quant models built in C++ feeding into the analytics engine.
We are looking to hire a QA Engineer to join the software development & Quant development team in order to help carry out functional & Integration testing on their platform. Testing API's integration, Data integrity & accuracy, feature testing, UI testing, so an opportunity learn about the platform/product in-depth and carry out a ranges of testing activities to help the engineering teams continuation improve both their features as well as ensure there is a reduction of any issues when onboarding/integrating important customers.
If you are a curious QA who like to dig out bugs, look for issues across the entire end-to-end stack of a complex product/platform.
We are looking for a QA with 3-4 years experience in software testing cover areas like:
API / integration testing
Feature / Functional testing (UI, backend, Data integration, etc)
Contribute to integrating testing/QA into the CI/CD practice.
Preferred profile:
Degree in Computer Science / Engineering preferred.
Working in a Linux/Unix environment
Git version control
General working knowledge of web services
Degree in Computer Science / Engineering preferred.
Experience testing User interfaces & API’s (the platform integrates with Enterprise clients).
Good exposure in testing SaaS based products.
3+ years of experience as a Software/QA engineer.
Experience with SQL.
Experience working in data-rich environments is an advantage.
Exposure/experience in programming/coding is an advantage.
