Senior Business Analyst (Workflow) – Contract Role
Location: Dublin (Hybrid – 2 days on-site)
Start Date: Start/Mid-August
⏳ Duration: 12-month initial term, with long-term/rolling potential
Rate: Competitive daily rate
About the Role
Stelfox is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for a leading banking sector client. This role focuses on workflow, finance, and reporting systems, working closely with stakeholders in an Agile environment. You’ll play a key role in delivering change, ensuring platform stability, and supporting service delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Map and improve business processes (“As Is” / “To Be”)
- Define user stories and test scenarios
- Support testing and ensure production stability
- Provide 3rd line support for banking platforms
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years in Business Analysis (workflow, finance, reporting)
- 3+ years in wholesale banking systems
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Skilled in process mapping, user stories, and test planning
- Proficient in T-SQL or PL-SQL, and Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of business processes and financial systems
Education
- Degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
