As a Recruitment Consultant at Stelfox, you will be responsible for:
- Building and growing a profitable permanent recruitment desk
- Partnering with clients to define hiring requirements, map organisational structures and culture, and align on annual growth plans
- Running proactive candidate sourcing initiatives while developing and converting new business opportunities
- Maintaining regular candidate and client engagement, including organising networking events and delivering client presentations
- Negotiating commercial terms and agreements with clients
- Cross-selling additional disciplines and introduce wider group services to deepen and expand client relationships
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years' experience technology recruitment in an agency recruitment environment
- Full recruitment lifecycle experience, from sourcing through to placement
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, win new business, and maximise existing accounts
- Target-driven, goal-oriented mindset
- Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident, professional approach with strong stakeholder presence
- Strong drive to succeed, with the commitment and resilience required to thrive in a sales-led role
- Demonstrated history of high performance and achievement in previous roles
