SAP Test Lead and Test Engineer – Multiple Roles Available

Location: Cork, Ireland (Hybrid – 3 Days On-Site)
Contract: 6-Month Rolling (Long-Term Engagement)
Open Positions: 5 (2 UAT Leads + 3 Test Engineers)

Stelfox is hiring multiple SAP Test Leads and Engineers to join a dynamic team in Cork, Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a long-term project with cutting-edge technologies and a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

For UAT Test Leads:

Define and execute comprehensive UAT strategies and plans
Coordinate with business users, testers, and stakeholders
Monitor test execution and provide regular progress reports
Maintain detailed documentation, including test cases, issue logs, and final reports
Lead review meetings to assess UAT outcomes and gather feedback

For Test Engineers:

Design and implement end-to-end SAP SD/MM test scenarios
Collaborate with Business Analysts, ABAP developers, and Functional teams
Ensure quality through test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
Apply best practices in testing methodologies, KPIs, and standards
Support automation teams with functional insights and script validation

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP testing across SD and MM modules
Strong experience in SAP Testing across SD and MM modules
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and business processes
Expertise in: Sales & Distribution (SD): Order management, pricing, billing, shipping. Materials Management (MM): Procurement, inventory, vendor management
Familiarity with testing tools and test management platforms
Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage testing teams and mentor junior resources
Experience in UAT coordination and stakeholder engagement
Exposure to automation testing and script development (a plus)
