Scrum Master - Daily Rate Contract Position - NEW Role - Excellent Opportunity
12-month initial contract term, rolling / long-term contract

Role:
Looking for a Senior Scrum Master to build high-performing teams by supporting product delivery with Agile principles. Responsibilities include teaching Agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, shielding the team from distractions, and fostering collaboration between the Product Owner and the team. The role also involves coaching team members and driving continuous improvement. Monitor Scrum processes and support release planning and backlog management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong facilitation and communication
- Effective team leadership and positive dynamics
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and analytical skills
- Skilled in building relationships and navigating organisations
- Experience coaching technical teams
- High-energy, passionate, and influential
- Experienced with JIRA
- Ability to build trust and rapport
- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
- Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe Scrum Master preferred
- Background in delivery or software development
- Proficient in Agile principles and team management
