Senior Angular Developer – Contract role

One of Stelfox’s clients is looking for a Senior Angular Developer to join their development team in Dublin.

6-months initial contract term, rolling / long-term contract

Competitive daily rate

Hybrid, with three days on-site and two days remote each week

Role:

You will design and build high-quality user interfaces for web applications, leveraging strong front-end skills in Angular and modern UI/UX best practices. Collaborating in an agile/scrum environment with product owners, designers, backend developers, and QA, you will deliver responsive and maintainable interfaces. You'll implement responsive UI components with HTML5, CSS3/SASS, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, ensuring technical feasibility and suggesting UI/UX improvements. Maintaining code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and best practices is essential. Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset are essential.

Core Skills Required:

  • 7-10 years of software development experience, with 4-5 years in Angular.
  • Proficiency in Angular (preferably Angular 15+), TypeScript, RxJS, and component-based architecture.
  • Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3/SASS/LESS, and responsive design.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs integration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
  • Experience with modern development tools (e.g., Webpack, npm, Angular CLI).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
