Senior Python Developer – Contract Role (Hybrid | Dublin, Ireland)

Contract Type: 6-Month Rolling long-term
Location: Dublin, Ireland (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote)
Rate: Competitive Daily Rate

Stelfox is working with a leading Dublin-based client undergoing rapid team expansion. We’re hiring multiple experienced Senior Python Developers to join on a contract basis and contribute to impactful, agile-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scalable backend systems using Python.
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable code aligned with best practices.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive features.
Optimize application performance and resolve bottlenecks.
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
Strong proficiency in Flask and Django frameworks.
Proven ability to build and maintain RESTful APIs.
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Git, Jenkins, Artifactory, Ansible.
Comfortable in Linux/UNIX environments.
Agile development experience with strong communication skills.
