Software Developer

My client are a leading provider of management solutions for financial institutions, they are committed to fast and accurate results. Role Overview:

As a Software Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reliable code to ensure the best performance and quality of our applications. You will work across web, mobile, and desktop technologies, contributing to the expansion and enhancement of our commercial applications supporting multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
  • Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
  • Work through all aspects of the development life-cycle
  • Expand and build on the commercial applications supporting multiple platforms
  • Work across web, mobile, and desktop technologies
  • Microservices Architecture development
  • Project Planning

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional work experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on software analysis and development experience with knowledge and experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • 4+ years of experience working with Visual Studio (2012 or higher).
  • 4+ years of in-depth experience with server-side technologies: .Net Framework 4.6 or greater, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework.
  • At least 1 year of experience with ASP.NET Core 1.0 or greater and Entity Framework Core.
  • 2-3 years of proficiency in C#, with strong knowledge of their ecosystems.
  • Experience with client-side technologies including HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, jQuery, and a JavaScript framework such as Angular or React with Typescript.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and writing reusable libraries.
  • Ability to write clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
  • Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns.
