Technical Recruiter – Contract Position – Daily Rates – 6 Month Initial Term
The successful candidate will work on-site 4 days’ per week in our client’s office in Dublin City Centre.
Role:
Recruiter must be experienced and familiar with Information Technology recruitment; strong Excel skills, organized and detail oriented. Consultative client advisory expertise.
Ability to recruit for a range of IT (security, cyber, IAM, Sailpoint) and GenAI roles including software engineers, scrum masters, data scientists, product strategists/designers/researcher/analysts.
Works closely with tech and GenAI leaders to understand role requirements.
Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools and platforms (Linkedin, HireEZ, Beamery, Workday).
Manage the full recruiting cycle; posting, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
Experience Required:
- 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Experience recruiting for GenAI roles or advanced technical positions in Machine learning, NLP, or data science.
- Strong sourcing skills and experience with platforms like Linkedin; GitHub and AI Recruiting tools.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach and team player.
