4 Day Week
We are looking for the best Tech Recruitment Consultants and Senior Tech Recruitment Consultants.

Step 1: Pass Your Probation

We have a standard 6-month probation period. During this time, you’ll get to know the team, do the best training and start making deals. There might even be a fun event or two. If you are a good fit and deliver results, you’ll pass your probation in 3 months like many of our team members.

Step 2: Hit Your Target Two Months In A Row

You understand that recruiters have targets. Our targets are realistic and achievable. Hit your targets two months in a row, and you’ll qualify for the 4-day week in month three.

Step 3: Stay On Target

You’ll now be well settled into your position and have a healthy pipeline. Keep doing what you’re doing and the 4-day week with 5-day’s pay is yours. If you fall below target, it’s no big deal. Hit your target two months in a row again to re-qualify for a 4-day week. It’s simple and achievable to get back on track in a short space of time.
