Senior Project Manager – Contracting position

Stelfox is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology and business initiatives for one of our key clients based in Dublin. This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution, stakeholder engagement, and financial oversight across multiple projects and methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

6-month initial contract term, rolling / long-term contract

Competitive daily rate

Hybrid, with three days on-site and two days remote each week

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver application development, systems integration, infrastructure upgrades, and process improvements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets.
• Partner with business and change management teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
• Communicate project status and escalate issues to senior leadership.
• Maintain project documentation and compliance with governance standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of project management experience with proven delivery success.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Expertise in project financials and risk mitigation.
• Agile certification required, experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
