Senior Web UI Developer (React) – Contract Role

Location: Dublin (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Contract: 6-month initial term, with strong potential for extension
Rate: Competitive daily rate

Stelfox is hiring a Senior Web UI Developer with strong experience in React. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge web UI solutions. 

Looking for someone passionate about modern web technologies and eager to build innovative user interfaces that support critical functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop responsive, user-centric web UI solutions for complex business needs.
  • Maintain and evolve a reusable component library to ensure consistency across applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in React, HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Deep understanding of UX principles and responsive design.
  • Experience with: CSS pre-processors (e.g., Sass, Less), Module bundlers like Webpack, Testing frameworks such as Jest
  • Ability to write clean, scalable, and standards-compliant code optimized for performance and cross-browser compatibility (especially IE and Chrome).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
