Senior Business Analyst x 4 – Contract Roles

Stelfox is looking for four Senior Business Analysts for one of its clients based in Dublin.

6-months initial contract term, rolling / long-term contract

Competitive daily rate

Hybrid 3-days on-site and 2-days remote each week

Role:

You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle. This includes defining the scope, requirements, and deliverables, conducting research and analysis, facilitating workshops and meetings, creating and validating models and documents, and ensuring quality and alignment with standards and best practices. You will collaborate closely with business users and development teams.

Experience and Skills Required

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Good relational database/SQL experience.
• Proficiency in Excel
• Experience with modern, service-oriented applications, APIs etc.
• Experience with working closely with the development team
• Experience in creating feature/story maps
• Ability to translate requirements to UX component/workflow diagrams and mock-ups
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Experience with work management and collaborative tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Excellent problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
