Stelfox is partnering with a POS / SaaS provider for the SMB Restaurant / Food Delivery sector who are setting up a local hub in Dublin.

Role - Head of Client Support Services

Overview:

We are looking for someone who is a strategic thinker, but also can executive their ideas when "acting as the voice for client" within the Senior leadership team.

Here is some of what we will be looking for in a candidate:

  • Strategic & Operational client Services Leader with experience managing omnichannel support services function across international/global locations
  • Experience leading teams across the end-to-end client journey - Onboarding, Support, Account management/Customer success and back-office, in order to ensure smooth go-live and continuous improvements to the CS journey that allows for net growth across markets.
  • Strong in process / transformation management
  • Ability to identify and fix broken processes across the CX journey
  • Strong cultural awareness of dealing with the SMB Restaurant / Food delivery / Takeaway industry.
  • Able to travel internationally when required.
