Office Manager
Are you an Office Manager looking to join a dynamic and fast-growing fintech team? We're hiring an Office Manager to play a key role in ensuring my clients office runs smoothly and their our people are supported.
? Location: Cork City
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding and prepare contracts
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Maintain HR records and support performance review cycles
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a safe, productive environment
- Liaise with vendors and manage office supplies/services
- Act as the go-to contact for internal office communications
- Organize team meetings, events, and activities
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in office management or similar admin role (preferably in software or fintech)
- Solid understanding of HR and payroll processes
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Discretion with handling sensitive information
